Cocoa drink with cardamom and cloves for cold winter days

Ingredients:

1-2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder

Pinch (about ¼ tsp) each of:

ground cardamom

ground cinnamon
-
ground ginger
-
ground cloves
-

½ tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract

Honey to taste (about 1 tablespoon)

2 cups almond milk (can be substituted with soy or regular milk)
Directions:
Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat until hot. Add all ingredients and stir well. Remove from heat and enjoy!
This recipe can be customized to your taste. Adjust the amounts as you prefer.
